Accounts

You may need to sign in to place an order or view order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You are charged once, in full, when you complete checkout. The total shown at that point — the price of the items plus one shipping charge for the order — is the entire amount we take. There are no deposits, no instalments, no subscriptions, and no recurring charges of any kind.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or a product our print provider can no longer produce. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation, and printing begins shortly afterwards — see Return & Refund Policy for the short window in which an order can still be cancelled.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Every item is printed to order. Because nothing is made until you buy it and it can't be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for a change of mind.

That is not the whole story, and the exceptions are commitments, not courtesies: if an order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, if we send the wrong item, or if it never arrives at all, we will replace it or refund you — and we will not ask you to ship the item back. Both are part of these Terms.

Shopping assistants and agents

You may be able to browse the catalog and place orders through a connected shopping assistant or agent acting on your behalf (for example, through our Universal Commerce Protocol or MCP endpoints). Orders placed this way are subject to these Terms exactly as if you placed them directly, and you are responsible for any order an agent you have authorized places on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated abuse of our checkout or agent-facing endpoints.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, design, product catalog, and the design artwork itself, is owned by Byte & Sticker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or make commercial use of Site content or the designs except as permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte & Sticker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
