Two things get you an answer in one reply instead of three:
- Your order number, which is on your order page.
- A photo, if something arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong — of the sheet and of the packaging it came in. We can't approve a replacement without one, and we'll never ask you to mail the item back.
Answers you might not need to ask for
- Shipping Policy — where we ship, what shipping costs, and how long delivery takes.
- Return & Refund Policy — why we don't take returns, and what we do when an order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all.
- Privacy Policy — what we collect, who we share it with, and how to ask us to delete it.
- Terms of Service — the terms your order is placed under.
A note on our print provider
Your order is printed and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider, so the parcel and the shipping notification come from them. You are our customer, not theirs — contact us and we'll deal with them. They have no record of you and can't help directly.
